Harbour's Edge is a fascinating, well appointed three bedroom waterside house, which sleeps six people. It provides you with the chance to relax and unwind in a very private location tucked away in the centre of Fowey. The house dates back to the late 18th century but also offers all of the amenities expected of a modern day luxury holiday home.
The Private Courtyard
Harbour's Edge has its own private courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining. Both the courtyard and the first floor balcony, which extends over the water, offer stunning views across the Fowey river. You can shut the world out and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of all the waterside activity, with yachts and boats sailing into the deepwater harbour of Fowey. The courtyard also has a full-size gas barbecue and a large extending teak dining table with an umbrella and chairs, sitting eight comfortably. There is waterside access with steps down to the foreshore at low tide. By prior arrangement, there is a frape mooring for a small boat of up to 4 metres (13 feet) long.

Should you wish to rejoin the hustle and bustle of this busy little Cornish town, you only have to walk a few yards and you are in the heart of Fore Street, with its multitude of local shops providing high-quality produce and exciting goods from near and far.
Harbour's Edge Lounge and Balcony
Our large lounge (approximately 18' x 13') has full height patio windows leading onto the private balcony extending over the water, which has a teak table and chairs. Inside, there's a 32 inch flat screen television, DVD player and a hi-fi system as well as games and books. The south facing room enjoys beautiful light and is the perfect spot to people-watch and observe all the harbourside activities.
Kitchen and Dining Room
The large ground floor kitchen and dining room (approximately 18' x 16') has a farmhouse table seating up to eight people. The kitchen is equipped to an exceptionally high standard with double oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a vast selection of kitchen utensils. There is also a flat screen television and hi-fi unit.
The boathouse is just off the kitchen and has a full-sized fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and extra storage space. Just a couple of steps down from the kitchen leads you to our stunning new wetroom and separate toilet. There is also a separate door from the boathouse leading onto the courtyard.

Luxury Wetroom
The luxury wet room on the ground floor has a large rain shower which is perfect for those wanting to wash away the excesses of a day on the water or simply just relax and unwind. There's a separate toilet adjacent to the wet room and a further shower room and toilet on the first floor.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom (double bed) has a beautiful bay window with the original bench seating. It overlooks the private courtyard and has views of the river and harbour.
Second Bedroom and Twin Room
The second bedroom contains a double bed and full height windows that also overlook the courtyard.
The third bedroom has two full-size single beds suitable for both adults and children. This bedroom also has views overlooking the courtyard.
