			There is a fully fitted kitchen with double oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range equipment. There’s also an island unit in the kitchen providing breakfast bar seating for two.

			The central part of the room is the main living area with sofa and various chairs. There’s a flat screen television, DVD player and hi fi system as well as assorted books and games. The main living area looks out onto the balcony with views of the river, Pont Pill and hills in the distance. At the far end of the room there is a solid oak extending dinning table with seating for 8 people.

			This is an exceptionally sociable living space and is enhanced further by a large extended decked balcony, which is nearly the length of the entire property. It provides panoramic views of Fowey River, the surrounding countryside and parts of Fowey itself including St Fimbarrus Church in one direction and Daphne du Maurier’s house at Boddinick in the other.
