Should you wish to rejoin the hustle and bustle of this busy little Cornish town you only have to walk a few yards and you are in the heart of Fore Street, with its multitude of local shops providing high quality produce and varied goods from near and far.

For those who want more in the way of action Fowey offers many activities including sailing, canoeing, fishing, cycling and walking. Readymoney Cove with its sandy beach provides the opportunity to swim safely or just mess around on the beach. Fowey is a thriving Cornish coastal town with lots to see and do and with many well known attractions such as the Eden Project only a few miles away.

The main living area and bedrooms are on the first floor to take advantage of the exceptional views the property offers.

   

 

Our large lounge (approximately 18' x 13') has full height patio windows leading onto the private balcony extending over the water, which has a teak table and chairs. There's a 32 inch flat screen television, DVD and Video players and a hi-fi system as well as collection of games and books. The south facing room enjoys beautiful light and is the perfect spot from which to people watch and observe all the harbourside activities

 

   


 

The principal bedroom with double bed has a beautiful bay window with original bench seating overlooking the private courtyard and views of the river and harbour.

Bedroom 2 with double bed and full height windows also overlooks the courtyard.

Bedroom 3 has two full size single beds suitable for both adults and children. This bedroom also has a full height window overlooking the courtyard.

The large ground floor kitchen and dining room (approximately 18' x 16') has a farmhouse table seating up to 8 people. The kitchen is equipped to an exceptionally high standard with double oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a vast selection of kitchen utensils. There is also a flat screen television and hi-fi unit.

The boathouse is just off the kitchen and has a full size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and extra storage space. It has a separate door leading into the courtyard.

 

   

  The courtyard has a full size gas barbeque and a large extending teak dining table with umbrella and chairs to seat 8 in comfort. There is waterside access with steps down to the foreshore at low tide and by prior arrangement there is a frape mooring for a small boat up to 15 feet long.
